4/27/2021 | 5:56 AM CDT

DTN Staff Reporter

Corn: July corn closed up the 25-cent daily limit on Monday as weather in Brazil remains bone dry for the next 10 days and funds pile into new length.

Soybeans: July soybeans closed 23 1/4 cents higher, pulled up by limit-up May bean oil and a surging domestic basis.

Wheat: July Chicago wheat closed up 27 1/4 cents to a new contract high on dry weather and surging world grain values.

Cotton: July cotton futures closed higher again, the third time in the past four days, finishing up 0.42 cents on Monday.

Live Cattle: June live cattle futures closed higher for just the second time in the past eleven days, finishing up $0.550.
