Soybeans: July soybeans finished up only 4 cents, and well below the daily high, but new-crop Nov nearly touched the contract high.

Wheat: July Chicago wheat closed up 17 3/4 cents on continued dry forecasts for the Northern Plains, Canadian Prairies and Pacific Northwest.

Cotton: July cotton futures finished slightly higher, closing up 0.33 cents and above all key moving averages.

Live Cattle: June live cattle futures closed $1.40 higher, stopping the two-day skid in prices, but remained in a bearish trend.
